Working across sectors doesn't mean identical depth in every niche. Some role families we recruit for regularly; others we approach with a fuller consultation first so we understand the requirement before sourcing begins.
If a role sits outside what we can genuinely support well, we'll say so at consultation rather than after you've waited on a shortlist.
